1. You cannot go back to the past

Many people spend most of their time in the past wishing to return to it and change their actions, to correct them, or to do them differently. We flounder in our sorrows and worry about things we have said or done to ourselves or others.
But did you know that none of this will be of any value. Let the past pass, because it will not return and you cannot change it. So why do you waste your precious time worrying about it?
